Lettie wants us to rehearse on Friday nights. That's going to be interesting.
On the plus side...I'll be driving! ^.^
Auditioned today for Rafi's play.
I know that Art got the part of "Manuel" (though I think Rory would be a better cast for it.) and that Gus is probably going to be "Danny" (And...No one could do the part better). He thinks I should play Polly (which is the character that I wanted anyway. and that Rafi has told me he wants for me.) because at some point there is a love interest between the characters of Polly and Danny. And...Playing the romantic character opposite of Gus should be fun...and If nothing else, funny.
(Though, I really do like the part of Sybil...She's a very "Guinevere " type character (for the very few of you who know what I'm talking about).She's married to Basil...Who will HOPEFULLY be Sebastian because he did such a wonderful job with the character.)
Whit's audition tomorrow for me and Natalia. (He wants us as the pair of comic relief.) The good thing is that her and I work very well together on stage...It should be very fun!
We are going to finish shooting the movie on the 18th and then Natalia and I start building the script for the sequel. (Title to be announced later.) The good thing about writing with Natalia is that we really see eye-to-eye on almost everything. I've tired co-writing before...and It's pretty crazy, but Natalia and I make a good team. So you are allowed to have high expectations for the next script.
Did I tell you all that I am going to Mexico again for Christmas? Acapulco. Yay!
realized that I can't do Tristan's play...But if nothing else it'll lighten the work load for January...(Which was the month I was supposed to be taking a break from theater...HA!)
Luckily, Lettie's show only runs one weekend. Something tells me I'm going to be very grateful for that by the time this all ends.
