Excuse me while I whine for a bit:
Sadly enough the country has been turned over to Dick Cheney (Also known as George W.) and I can't believe that the country that is supposed to be among the most powerful and most prosperous in the world has been allowed to disintegrate for 4 more years. How can anybody stand back and watch, or even listen to what our standing president has to say and think that even for two minutes he is what is right for out proud country. How can so many of the Americans think that he has the best of our interest in mind when he stood infront of us not two years ago and told us that he would "go to war as a last resort" and then 3 short months later pack our troops up and send them off to Iraq. Ultimately, yes, he has killed a whole bunch of Iraqis that needed to be taken care of, but aside form killing what has he done that prospers America? Was it the 75% lose of jobs? Was it the Tax cuts for the wealthy? Or was it the fact that the better half of American sons and daughters that have family and friends and life's in this country are now cold fighting for their lives in a hostile environment for reasons that they are not really sure of. Bush states over and over and over (and over) that in order to be president you must stick to your course stick to your plan, but PLEASE Bush, PLEASE, explain to me what plan what course you plan on sticking to when you never had one to begin with. You went into Iraq with the motive of finding weapons of mass destruction, and when there were none found our new plan, our new course of action became to rid the world of Saddam! How dare you call Kerry "inconsistent" when you have been inconsistent, and worse! You've been a liar in a power of position. You've taken that position and used what influence you have to scare Americans into over looking your fatal faults. ---I realize I'm only starting to vent, and probably need to calm down...
I only have to say this: That when America has to sink so low as to believe that Bush is the answer for us we are no longer the great nation that is talked about, and that (God helps us), perhaps, we deserve what we get in the next 4 years.
